3D SCANNING
ALO Design uses 3D Scanning technology for design and dimensional validation, clash detection and structural member identification and sizing.
Services provided include:
On site 3D terrestrial and hand held scanning.
Scan data post processing for use in the CAD design process or for delivery to the end user.
Structural and mechanical design using Solidworks as the design platform.
Detailed arrangement and manufacturing drawings.
CAD files for computer aided processing.
STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL DESIGN
Using Solidworks as the design platform, and working to customer and Australian standards, ALO Design provides innovative structural and mechanical design solutions.
Services Provided Include:
Structural design such as platforms, stairways and brownfields modifications.
Mechanical design such as piping, maintenance tooling and component reverse engineering.
Third party engineering review and certification.
DETAILED MANUFACTURING DRAWINGS
ALO Design finishes the process by delivering detailed manufacturing drawings, and where relevant, CAD cut files for processing.
Services provided include:
Detailed manufacturing drawings from either ALO Design models or customer supplied files.
Various CAD format files for submission into customer files.
CAD cut files for computer aided manufacturing.
CAD conform.
3D PRINTING FOR PROTOTYPING
AND DISPLAY MODELS
ALO Design uses 3D Printing to produce scale models from customer and internal designs.
Services provided include:
Scale model prototyping allowing customers to view their idea in action before committing to expensive manufacturing costs.
Scaled display models for use during presentations to customers or for static displays or give aways.
