The ALO Design team have been providing structural and mechanical design for mining operations and manufacturers for over 25 years. Specialising in small to medium size projects such as access platforms, brownfields structural modifications and reverse engineering, ALO Design can provide innovative solutions to your engineering needs.

ALO Design has over 15 years experience in all aspects of chute design and conveyor transfer operational improvement. Specialising in soft load rock box style chutes, ALO Design can assist operations to minimise conveyor wear, increase chute wear life and improve maintainability.

ALO Design has now adopted 3D Printing for design prototyping and for scaled presentation models or static displays. ALO Design uses 3D scanning to create computer models of existing parts then uses the 3D Printing technology to create scale, (or 1 to 1 depending on size), models for review prior to manufacture.
