ABOUT
ALO Design provides innovative structural and mechanical design solutions to mining and manufacturing businesses. We are the small project specialist. Some jobs will be too big for us but there is no job too small. Working in collaboration with BRL Design and COBIAL Business Solutions, ALO Design can provide an end to end design and detailing service including on site 3D Scanning and Processing, Structural and Mechanical Design and detailed Manufacturing Drawings.
ALO Design also provides 3D Printing services for design prototyping and scale model displays for presentation or static display.

3D SCANNING
ALO Design uses 3D Scanning technology for design and dimensional validation, clash detection and structural member identification and sizing.
STRUCTURAL & MECHANICAL DESIGN
Using Solidworks as the design platform, and working to customer and Australian standards, ALO Design provides innovative structural and mechanical design solutions.
DETAILED MANUFACTURING DRAWINGS
ALO Design finishes the process by delivering detailed manufacturing drawings, and where relevant, CAD cut files for processing.
3D PRINTING FOR PROTOTYPING
AND DISPLAY MODELS
ALO Design uses 3D Printing for scale model design prototyping allowing customers to view their idea in action before committing to expensive manufacturing costs. ALO Design also uses this technology for display models for use during presentations or for static displays.
